88cc6 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error, or where 88cc6 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, 88cc6 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned. 88cc6 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

88cc6's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 88cc6 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88cc6's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

When material changes are made, 88cc6 will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 88cc6 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
